There are days when its nice to cross the bridge and visit the many fresh waters in Bergen. Some of the locations that are nice, you find in the middle of the city center, like Lille Lungegårds water, Ortu water, Tveite water and many more. In winter in particular, there might even be rare birds at these locations.

There are also many nice location for bird watching on Sotra and location within a few ours drive from Askøy
