Herdla, 7th of May 2023

A Common Redshank flying over the bird sanctuary early in the morning, towards its nest. They nest at the sanctuary and find their food in the shallow water arrouind the bird sancutary.

The sun rised above the horizon at arround 0519 this morning. A bird is flying towards it. An hour later the Barn swallow is taking a well deserved break. They too are making their nest now.
